RealOptions is a service, education, and medical organization that provides compassion and care to individuals in Santa Clara County. Our goal is to serve the whole person. This includes assisting in practical, emotional and spiritual needs.

We are in existence to serve any woman or man with pregnancy-related issues regardless of age, race, creed, or marital status. Our counsel and referral services are also available to family and significant others of our clients. Our desire is to equip our clients with the information necessary to make positive choices for their lives.

• 1st and 2nd trimester prenatal care for uninsured
• On-going counsel and support
• Information on pregnancy options
• Counsel for parents and significant others

• Baby furniture, strollers, etc.
• Childbirth classes
• Community-assistance referrals
• Post-Abortion recovery groups
• Educational programs for students

RealOptions provides peer counsel and accurate information on all pregnancy options; however we do not provide or refer for abortions.

**Pregnancy Tests are laboratory quality urine tests.  They may be administered and read by a health care provider or be self-administered and read under supervision of a Client Advocate depending on staffing and location.
