Visit any of our locations and talk to a trained Client Advocate about our medical clinics. Walk-in appointments with Client Advocates are available on a first come - first served basis. Your Client Advocate will help you make an appointment at a medical clinic. Below are a few common asked questions about our medical clinics. How much does RealOptions' clinic cost?Our licensed Medical Clinic is free of charge. However as our organization is funded privately, donations are always accepted. Lab work or services prescribed by your healthcare provider may have fees associated with them.
What kind of prenatal care do you offer?- If you currently have insurance coverage, you should receive prenatal care from your current health care provider.
- While you are awaiting Medi-Cal/AIM coverage, we can provide you with 1st and 2nd trimester prenatal care, offered by committed medical professionals.
- We will help you find a doctor to continue your 3rd trimester care and a hospital where you can deliver your baby.
What can I expect if I make an appointment?At your medical clinic appointment, you'll have an initial meeting with a Client Advocate, then a healthcare provider will meet with you. This visit may include a physical exam, ultrasound, prenatal healthcare education, and/or routine blood-work (drawn by an outside lab at no cost). All discussions and test results are private and will be kept strictly confidential within California state laws. Your healthcare provider will answer any questions you may have.
Where are your pregnancy medical clinics located?We currenlty have threemedical clinics. Our South San Jose medical clinic is located at 3315 Almaden Expwy, Ste 25, San Jose, CA 95118. Our Mountain View medical clinic is located at 836 W. El Camino Real, Mountain View, CA 94040, click here for a map. Our East San Jose medical clinic is located at 12 N White Road, Ste 1, San Jose, CA 95127.
