• Take a free and confidential pregnancy test at a center near you OR see your healthcare professional to confirm pregnancy.  If your pregnancy test is positive, speak with one of our Client Advocates about scheduling a free ultrasound apointment to confirm a viable pregnancy.
• Talk to a trained Client Advocate who can help you explore all the options available to you.
• Take time to explore all the options available:
  • Find out about help carrying your baby to term, during delivery, and after birth.
  • Get information concerning fetal development.
  • Learn if an adoption plan might be best for you and/or your baby and through the site UnplannedGood.org learn about other's experiences.
  • Be fully informed about abortion. Get information on techniques and health risks.

You are not alone or helpless in your pregnancy. Our trained Client Advocates will help you explore how to communicate your decision to your family and friends. No matter what path you choose, the decision you make will affect you for the rest of your life.  If you're unsure, take one more day to think about it.  Don't let anyone pressure you into a quick decision.
