Pregnancy Testing

Although home pregnancy tests are generally accurate, you may want to confirm the results with a medical professional just to be sure. RealOptions Obria Medical Clinics will help you verify your results in a safe, comfortable environment.

A missed period is the most common indicator that you may be pregnant, but not the only one. Here are some other common symptoms:

  • Frequent urination
  • Dizziness
  • Nausea
  • Change of appetite
  • Breast tenderness
  • Fatigue

If you think you are pregnant, come to one of our clinics located in Central San Jose, East San Jose, Union City. We provide pregnancy testing in a safe and private setting.

Our board certified OB/GYN physicians, registered nurses, nurse practitioners, and support staff are highly trained and dedicated to meeting your healthcare needs. If your pregnancy test is positive, we will offer you an ultrasound exam to confirm the viability of your pregnancy.

Ultrasound Imaging

If you have a positive pregnancy test you should consider an ultrasound exam.  The ultrasound can confirm if the pregnancy is viable and alert you if there are other health concerns to be aware of. Tubal pregnancies or miscarriage can occur in as many as 25% of pregnancies.

RealOptions Obria Medical Clinics offers diagnostic ultrasound for positive pregnancy tests to confirm a viable (developing), intrauterine (in the uterus) pregnancy.

At RealOptions, limited obstetrical ultrasounds are performed to:

  • Confirm pregnancy
  • Detect fetal heartbeat
  • Determine fetal age
  • Determine due date
  • Determine location of pregnancy (intrauterine/ectopic)
  • The ultrasound examination will not diagnose gender, abnormalities, and/or problems.

Welcome to Hayward: Hayward (/ˈheɪwərd/; formerly, HaywardsHaywards Station, and Haywood) is a city located in Alameda County, California in the East Bay subregion of the San Francisco Bay Area. With a 2014 population of 149,392, Hayward is the sixth largest city in the Bay Area and the third largest in Alameda County.[13] Hayward was ranked as the 37th most populous municipality in California. It is included in the San Francisco-Oakland-Fremont Metropolitan Statistical Area by the US Census.[14] It is located primarily between Castro Valley and Union City, and lies at the eastern terminus of the San Mateo-Hayward Bridge. The city was devastated early in its history by the 1868 Hayward earthquake. From the early 20th century until the beginning of the 1980s, Hayward's economy was dominated by its now defunct food canning and salt production industries.
